Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Non-Exempt) Transitional Aged-Youth (TAY) Specialist. The TAY Specialist will utilizes the Transition to Independence Process (TIP) to provide a strengths-based mentoring approach to transitional aged youth (TAY) – those who are between the ages of 16 and 24 years old – that are experiencing educational, social, emotional, and life-skills challenges. This position is primarily responsible for engaging youth and developing the skills and qualities needed to increase self-sustainability and independence. The TAY Specialist works in collaboration with the Promising Pathways team and reports directly to the Program Manager. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required. TAY Peer Mentor

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Part-time (Non-Exempt) TAY Peer Mentor. The Peer Mentor will provide outreach and support to Promising Pathways, WCYFS’ strengths-based mentoring program for transitional aged youth (TAY) – those who are between the ages of 16 and 24 years old – that are experiencing educational, social, emotional, and life-skills challenges. This position is primarily responsible for representing the program through community-based outreach events and engaging youth to increase the number of program enrollments, and ultimately, participants. The Peer Mentor works in collaboration with the Program Specialists and reports directly to the Program Manager. Hourly rate: $12.00; approximately 20-25 hours/week and recruitment will remain open until the position is filled. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required. Youth Services Specialist

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Non-Exempt) Youth Services Specialist. The Youth Services Specialist will provide guidance, training and mentoring to youth in day-to-day livings skills that include facilitation of classes and house meetings, meal preparation, laundry training, housekeeping skills and educational needs. Supervise youth at the residence, either Safe House or Opportunity House. Responsible for all shelter conditions including cleanliness, supply management and licensing regulations. Active participation at community events and meetings as required. Maintain a professional attitude with youth and co-workers, follow and enforce agency rules. Be an active and positive member of the case management team. Must be willing to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required. Safety Net Services Case Manager

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring three Full-time (Non-Exempt) Safety Net Services Case Manager. The Safety Net Services Case Manager provides case management and assessment services for families referred by the Child Welfare System (CPS). Develop and monitor case plans with families, provide referrals to community resources, conduct in-home visits, participate in Team Decision Making (TDM) meetings, maintain contact with referring CPS social worker, data collection, case documentation, file maintenance, and social service support to families. Salary: $34,000 annually and recruitment will remain open until the position is filled. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required.
