The PEACE/Anti-Human Trafficking Clinician supports the recovery for victims of Human Trafficking or those at risk of becoming trafficked. This position is co-located through a variety of WCYFS offices and shelters and the Family Justice Center. The PEACE/Anti-Human Trafficking Clinician reports directly to the PEACE/Anti-Human Trafficking Program Manager, and is primarily responsible for providing clinical therapy to clients of the PEACE/Anti-Human Trafficking program. Human Trafficking Program Manager: P.E.A.C.E.

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Exempt) Human Trafficking Program Manager. The Human Trafficking Program Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of the Human Trafficking P.E.A.C.E. Program to engage potential victims of human trafficking with prevention, intervention, and mental health services conducted through Women's Center Youth & Family Services. Supervise a team of Clinicians and Navigator advocates that are co-located at the Family Justice Center. Closely work with the Chief Program Officer to implement supportive services to prevent victimization and provide targeted outreach/education. Collaborate with local community based services, collect and analyze statistical data, prepare program reports and formulate program practices and outcomes. TAY Specialist

This position is primarily responsible for engaging youth and developing the skills and qualities needed to increase self-sustainability and independence. Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Program Manager

The Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Program Manager position is responsible for overseeing county-wide victim services programs and staff including the Sexual Assault Direct Services Program, Rape Crisis Hospital Response (SART), and the Domestic Violence Direct Services Program. This role provides leadership, supervision, and program coordination to the team of DV/SA Specialists at the San Joaquin office, the Lodi and Tracy satellite offices, co-located staff and DV/SA volunteers. The DV/SA Program Manager reports directly to the Director of Programs. The primary responsibilities of this position are to handle day-to-day operations and oversight of the DV/SA programs; to provide guidance, support, and direct supervision to all DV/SA Specialists and volunteers; to participate in shared back up coverage for all 24/7 operations including shelters and hospital response; to assist in providing educational services to the community; to monitor program budgets and operating plans; and to collect program data and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required. Clinical Supervisor

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Exempt) Clinical Supervisor. The Clinical Supervisor ensures quality of clinical services provided to victims of human trafficking, homeless and at-risk youth, and clients participating in other programs, as necessary. The Clinical Supervisor will also participate in program development and oversight and is responsible for providing leadership, overseeing existing clinical and youth-focused programs, developing new programs to meet the evolving needs of clients, and providing a small amount of direct-service. The Clinical Supervisor reports directly to the Chief Program Officer and supervises the PEACE/Human Trafficking program manager, Youth Services program manager, and other clinician’s as necessary to fulfill program objectives. The responsibilities of this position are key to providing agency mental health services to heal victims and end the generational impact violence has on individuals, families and communities.
