Case Management Coordinator

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Non-Exempt) Case Management Coordinator. The Case Management Coordinator is responsible for overseeing case management programs and services, including but not limited to Safety Net, Promising Pathways (for Transitional-Aged Youth (TAY), and other case management or care coordination services to support program participants. This role provides leadership, supervision, and program coordination to ensure the successful implementation of WCYFS case management. The Program Coordinator reports to the Program Manager for support services and collaborates with other Program Coordinators and Program Managers. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Safeyt Net Case Manager 

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Non-Exempt) Safety Net Services Case Manager. The Safety Net Services Case Manager provides differential response, case management or concrete support services, and/or post-reunification or aftercare case management services to families referred by the Child Welfare System, specifically Child Protective Services (CPS), to maintain the family unit and prevent or reduce the risk of families entering or re-entering the Child Welfare System. This position is primarily responsible for engaging families and connecting them with resources and services to build resilience again risk factors, learn skills to improve family dynamics, alleviate stressors within the family unit, etc. The Safety Net Services Case Manager works in collaboration with the Safety Net Services team and reports directly to the Program Manager and Program Coordinator. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Shelter Program Specialist

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Exempt) Shelter Program Specialist. The Shelter Program Specialist provides intervention services to support the healing of families, individuals, and children that have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, and the aftermath of such victimizations, including human trafficking and youth homelessness. These services may include but are not limited to crisis intervention; support services, including peer counseling, educational classes, support groups, and case management; and after-care services. Program Specialists work directly with Program Managers or Coordinators to ensure effective interventions for client cases and/or to address obstacles and barriers clients may be facing. Program Specialist may focus on one area of responsibilities, based on community and program needs and contract/funding source requirements. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required.
