Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Program Manager

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Exempt) Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Program Manager. The Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Program Manager position is responsible for overseeing county-wide victim services programs and staff including the Sexual Assault Direct Services Program, Rape Crisis Hospital Response (SART), and the Domestic Violence Direct Services Program. This role provides leadership, supervision, and program coordination to the team of DV/SA Specialists at the San Joaquin office, the Lodi and Tracy satellite offices, co-located staff and DV/SA volunteers. The DV/SA Program Manager reports directly to the Director of Programs. The primary responsibilities of this position are to handle day-to-day operations and oversight of the DV/SA programs; to provide guidance, support, and direct supervision to all DV/SA Specialists and volunteers; to participate in shared back up coverage for all 24/7 operations including shelters and hospital response; to assist in providing educational services to the community; to monitor program budgets and operating plans; and to collect program data and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required. Domestic Violence Specialist – Shelter Services

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Non-Exempt) Domestic Violence Specialist – Shelter Services. Specialist will work a 40 hour week at any of the two shelters (Stockton/Tracy) answering the crisis-line when needed and providing support and information to the women and children who are current residents of the shelter. Clinical Supervisor

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Exempt) Clinical Supervisor. The Clinical Supervisor ensures quality of clinical services provided to victims of human trafficking, homeless and at-risk youth, and clients participating in other programs, as necessary. The Clinical Supervisor will also participate in program development and oversight and is responsible for providing leadership, overseeing existing clinical and youth-focused programs, developing new programs to meet the evolving needs of clients, and providing a small amount of direct-service. The Clinical Supervisor reports directly to the Chief Program Officer and supervises the PEACE/Human Trafficking program manager, Youth Services program manager, and other clinician’s as necessary to fulfill program objectives. The responsibilities of this position are key to providing agency mental health services to heal victims and end the generational impact violence has on individuals, families and communities. Promising Pathways Peer Mentor

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Part-time (Non-Exempt) Peer Mentor. The Peer Mentor provides outreach and support to Promising Pathways, WCYFS’ strengths-based mentoring program for transitional aged youth (TAY) – those who are between the ages of 16 and 25 years old – that are experiencing educational, social, emotional, and life-skills challenges. This position is primarily responsible for representing the program through community-based outreach events and engaging youth to increase the number of program enrollments, and ultimately, participants. The Peer Mentor works in collaboration with the Program Specialists and reports directly to the Program Manager. Hourly rate: $12.00 and recruitment will remain open until the position is filled. Human Trafficking Clinician

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Non-Exempt) Human Trafficking Clinician. Responsible for providing group, individual and family therapy for human and labor trafficked individuals. Client records must be maintained and are confidential. Diagnostic and treatment-planning abilities are essential. Clinician will report suspected child and elder abuse and danger to others (Tarasoff). Supervision and staff meetings are a necessary part of the therapist’s duties. Flexible hours are necessary and include evening hours.
