Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Non-Exempt) Gateway Services Program Coordinator. The Gateway Services Program Coordinator provides leadership, engagement and program coordination for the Drop-In Center, a gateway service for at-risk and homeless youth population. The Gateway Service Program Coordinator reports directly to the Outreach & Education Program Manager and oversees the daily functioning of the Drop-In Center. The responsibilities of this position include coordinating day-to-day program operations, providing guidance, training and mentoring to young people utilizing services at the Drop-In Center, including and not limited to: living skills that include meal preparation, laundry training, housekeeping skills, and educational needs. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Outreach & Education Program Manager
Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Exempt) Outreach & Education Program Manager. The Outreach & Education Program Manager leads WCYFS’ initiatives to build and maintain strong community partnerships, develop and organize educational outreach to groups and community organizations, and manage and coordinate gateway services to build trust and rapport with homeless, street and at-risk young people. The Program Manager reports to the Program Directors; this role also supervises two Program Coordinators and a small team of Program Specialists that support outreach and education efforts. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Peer Mentor
Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Part-time (Non-Exempt) Peer Mentor who is a transitional aged youth (TAY) Graduate. The Peer Mentor provides outreach and support to Promising Pathways, WCYFS’ strengths-based mentoring program for transitional aged youth (TAY) – those who are between the ages of 16 and 25 years old – that are experiencing educational, social, emotional, and life-skills challenges. This position is primarily responsible for representing the program through community-based outreach events and engaging youth to increase the number of program enrollments, and ultimately, participants. The Peer Mentor works in collaboration with the Program Specialists and reports directly to the Program Manager. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Program Specialist
Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Exempt) Program Specialist. The Program Specialist provides intervention services to support the healing of families, individuals, and children that have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, and the aftermath of such victimizations, including human trafficking and youth homelessness. These services may include but are not limited to crisis intervention; support services, including peer counseling, educational classes, support groups, and case management; and after-care services. Program Specialists work directly with Program Managers or Coordinators to ensure effective interventions for client cases and/or to address obstacles and barriers clients may be facing. Program Specialist may focus on one area of responsibilities, based on community and program needs and contract/funding source requirements. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required.
