Hospital Response Program Specialist

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Part-time (Non-Exempt) Hospital Response Program Specialist. The Hospital Response Stand-By Worker provides on-call support to the hospital and/or the ChildThe Hospital Response Stand-By Worker provides on-call support to the hospital and/or the ChildAdvocacy Center to provide crisis intervention, accompaniment and advocacy services to victims ofsexual assault and their family members and/or significant others. This position interacts with lawenforcement, medical personnel, Victim Witness advocates, and Child Protective Services on behalfof the victim and in the best interest of the victim. On-call support is provided after normalbusiness hours, seven days a week, and includes weekends and holidays. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required. Program Specialist

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Exempt) Program Specialist. The Program Specialist provides intervention services to support the healing of families, individuals, and children that have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, and the aftermath of such victimizations, including human trafficking and youth homelessness. These services may include but are not limited to crisis intervention; support services, including peer counseling, educational classes, support groups, and case management; and after-care services. Program Specialists work directly with Program Managers or Coordinators to ensure effective interventions for client cases and/or to address obstacles and barriers clients may be facing. Program Specialist may focus on one area of responsibilities, based on community and program needs and contract/funding source requirements. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required. Clinician

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Part-time (Non-Exempt) Clinician. The Clinician will be responsible for providing group, individual and family therapy for clients that participate in Youth Services Programs. Client records are confidential and must be maintained. Diagnostic and treatment-planning abilities are essential. Clinician will report suspected child and elder abuse and danger to others. Supervision and staff meetings are a necessary part of the therapist’s duties. Flexible hours are necessary and include evening hours. The therapist must present a positive professional image in the community. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required. Safety Net Case Manager

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Non-Exempt) Safety Net Case Manager. The Safety Net Case Manager provides differential response, case management or concrete support services, and/or post-reunification or aftercare case management services to families referred by the Child Welfare System, specifically Child Protective Services (CPS), to maintain the family unit and prevent or reduce the risk of families entering or re-entering the Child Welfare System. This position is primarily responsible for engaging families and connecting them with resources and services to build resilience again risk factors, learn skills to improve family dynamics, alleviate stressors within the family unit, etc. The Safety Net Services Case Manager works in collaboration with the Safety Net Services team and reports directly to the Program Manager and Program Coordinator.
