Program Specialist - Street Outreach

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Non-Exempt) Program Specialist, Street Outreach. The Program Specialist provides outreach services to unsheltered homeless young people, and those at-risk, throughout the county. The Program Specialist provides direct outreach, community engagement, and direct services to engage youth, build trust and rapport with them, and increase awareness of services. The Program Specialist works closely with program manager and reports directly to the Program Manager. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required. Program Manager

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Exempt) Program Manager for Street Outreach and Drop-In Center. The Program Manager will lead WCYFS’ initiatives to build trust and rapport with homeless, street and at-risk young people. The Program Manager reports to the Director of Programs, and supervises a small team of program specialists that support outreach efforts and drop-in center coverage. Accounting Assistant

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Non-Exempt) Accounting Assistant. The Accounting Assistant will provide a wide range of responsibilities to ensure that the agency functions efficiently and smoothly. This position provides general financial and accounting services that include accounts payable and vendor relations, payroll, banking, oversee employee expenses, maintain financial files, and provide support to the Finance Manager and Controller. In addition, this position handles incoming communications, greets clients and visitors, manages files, updates paperwork and other documents, and performs other general office clerk duties and errands. The duties include providing accurate information to managers, co-workers, vendors, clients, and the public. The Accounting Assistant works in collaboration with agency staff and reports directly to the Finance Manager. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required. Finance Manager

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-time (Exempt) Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will provide financial leadership and management to support the sustainability of WCYFS, programs and program funding. This position is responsible for providing leadership, finance operations, risk management, and assisting with budget development and oversight and collaborates with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. The Finance Manager reports directly to the Controller and oversees finance specialist(s). The responsibilities of this position are key to ensuring fiscal accountability and compliance between WCYFS and funding agents. Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required.
