Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services relies on public and private funds to support its programs and operations. Government funding sources include the federal government, the State of California, San Joaquin County, and the Cities of Stockton, Tracy and Manteca. Private funding sources include foundations, businesses, corporations, United Way, employee giving campaigns, civic groups, individual donors, planned giving, fundraising events and activities, and third-party community events. Please see the most recent Annual Report (available in PDF format below) that lists all sources of income over $250 and provides a breakdown of income and expense information from the past year.

Women’s Center–YFS works hard to be conscientious with the use of its funds and maintain low overhead costs. Currently, the agency operates with a yearly administrative cost of 10-12%. Women’s Center-YFS has a long history of success in managing multiple public and private funding contracts. The agency is committed to financial sustainability and responsibility, and submits to an independent financial audit annually. Audits are available for review below. .
