Located along the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta about 75 nautical miles from the San Francisco Bay, the Port of Stockton (Port) is the second busiest inland port on the Western Coast of the United States. With almost 4000 acres and over seven million square feet of covered storage area, the Port is suitably stationed along the Deep Water Ship Channel next to Interstate 5 and State Route 99 as well as the two largest freight railroads in the U.S.-Union Pacific and BNSF Railway. The port possesses more than 75 miles of railroad tracks and over 12,000 lineal feet of dock space.

Established in 1954 by a small group of San Joaquin County employees, FCCU is a member-owned financial institution that offers a variety of services designed to help its members improve their personal finances. Health Plan of San Joaquin  has been serving members enrolled in publicly-funded programs in the heart of the Central Valley since 1996. As a publicly sponsored, not-for-profit, Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), we have a contract with the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to manage health care for Medi-Cal members.
