SA/DV Program Manager

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-Time (Exempt) Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence Program Manager. Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Some evenings required. Responsible for overseeing victim services programs and staff including the Sexual Assault Direct Services Program, Rape Crisis Hospital Response, Stockton Police Department Sexual Assault Program, the Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC) Program as well direct service specialists who work with both domestic violence and sexual assault victims. Provides back up support services to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence and their families or significant others and assists in providing educational services to the community. Also responsible for collecting data and the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required as well as monitoring program budgets and operating plans. Commercially Sexually Exploited Children - Human Trafficking
(CSEC HT) Advocate

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Part-time (Non-exempt) CSEC HT Advocate. Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Some evenings required. The CSEC HT Advocate works closely with the Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence Program Manager and in collaboration with San Joaquin County Child Protective Services. Provides crisis intervention and support services to commercially sexually exploited children (CSEC). The CSEC HT Advocate also assists in providing educational services to targeted at-risk populations. Position is co-located at Child Protective Services and WCYFS. Hourly rate: $16.84 and recruitment will remain open until the position is filled. Domestic Violence Specialist Shift Worker - Shelter Services

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a part-time (non-exempt) DV Specialist- Shift Worker. Currently we have a 12AM-8AM Saturday & Sunday open and holidays as request (Please note that schedule does vary when team members are sick and/or on vacation) at our Tracy shelter. Duties include answering the crisis-line when needed, providing support, services and information to the Men, women and their children who are current residents of the shelter. Hourly rate: $11.00. Shift Worker - Youth Services

Women’s Center-YFS is seeking a part time person to work in our Youth Services department and provide guidance, training and mentoring to youth. Shift workers assist in day-to-day livings skills that include meal preparation, laundry training, housekeeping skills and child care needs and supervise youth at our residences.  A.A. or Human Services Certificate preferred or equivalent work experience with youth ages 12 to 20.
