Safety Net Services Case Manager

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-Time (Exempt) Safety Net Service Case Manager. Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Some evenings required. Responsible for providing case management and assessment services for families referred by the Child Welfare System (CPS). Develop and monitor case plans with families, provide referrals to community resources, conduct in-home visits, participate in Team Decision Making (TDM) meetings, maintain contact with referring CPS social worker, data collection, case documentation, file maintenance, and social service support to families. Salary: $32,842 annually and recruitment will remain open until the position is filled. Transition Specialist

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-Time (Exempt) Resource Navigator. Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Some evenings required. Works closely with Transition Aged Youth (TAY) Coordinator and responsible for providing a strengths-based mentoring approach to youth and young adults with emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD). Using the evidence-supported Transition to Independence Process, Transition Specialists will work with youth to facilitate movement towards greater self-sufficiency and successful achievement of their goals. Also assists in preparing and presenting various presentations, participation in awareness month activities, participation in community events, meetings or conferences and preparation of monthly reports as required. Hourly rate: $16.49 and recruitment will remain open until the position is filled. Resource Navigator

Women’s Center-Youth & Family Services is hiring a Full-Time (Exempt) Resource Navigator. Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Some evenings required. Responsible for providing supportive services for the prevention, intervention and recovery of victims for human trafficking by providing counseling, case management, community education and outreach services. Assist in providing educational services to targeted at-risk populations. Advocates work closely with Supervisor co-located at the Family Justice Center (FJC), to implement supportive services to prevent victimization and provide targeted outreach & education. Collaborate with local community based services. Collect and compile statistical data; contribute to successful program outcomes. Hourly rate: $17.44 and recruitment will remain open until the position is filled. Shift Worker - Youth Services

Women’s Center-YFS is seeking a part time person to work in our Youth Services department and provide guidance, training and mentoring to youth. Shift workers assist in day-to-day livings skills that include meal preparation, laundry training, housekeeping skills and child care needs and supervise youth at our residences.  A.A. or Human Services Certificate preferred or equivalent work experience with youth ages 12 to 20.
